I have worked with Steve Watson and Reel Chef Catering on four feature films (from modest budgets to relatively large budgets). In each instance I have been fully and absolutely happy with the food, presentation, staff and cost of their services.

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Steve Watson and his Reel Chefs catering crew. Steve has worked for my production company on nearly every film since my company’s inception, including “Matchstick Men,” starring Nicolas Cage and Sam Rockwell; “The Polar Express,” starring Tom Hanks; and “Last Holiday,” starring Queen Latifah. They also recently completed ten weeks work for me on the feature film “Beowulf,” starring Ray Winstone, Anthony Hopkins, Robin Wright Penn, John Malkovich and Angelina Jolie.
     Steve is an exceptionally talented chef who brings enthusiasm and devotion to everything he prepares, whether it be delectable blueberry pancakes, a simple tossed salad, or a beautifully grilled New York steak. (I rarely allow myself to indulge in sweets, but I hear his desserts aren’t too shabby either.)
     Members of both cast and crew have approached me on numerous occasions to rave about Steve’s catering: the delicious food, and the personable and professional service.
